Terms of services

1. Studio N^o5 reserves the right to process personal data provided by our clients during registration.
2. The prices included in the price list are not a commercial offer and are subject to change.
3. Appointments can be booked using:
   – by calling the number +31 6 18 52 40 35
   – Facebook
   – Online, via our website
4. We contact you by phone 24 hours before the visit to confirm the reservation. Lack of confirmation will cancel the visit.
5. Being late for an appointment may result in a change of the service (e.g. from coloring with clipping to coloring without clipping) or the complete cancellation of the visit. Therefore, please inform about any delay by phone.
6. Studio N^o5 reserves the right to refuse visits to people who do not appear at the meetings.
7. Studio N^o5 accepts complaints submitted only in the salon within 48 hours from the moment the service is provided.
8. The studio does not bear any responsibility for items left on the premises.
